01Scope & Applicability

Welcome to the Kings JIT platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Kings JIT and all its members. By accessing the platform via the Kings JIT website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all members — from newly registered users to long-standing ones. Continuing to use Kings JIT services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

02Account Registration

To register an account with Kings JIT, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate personal information that belongs to you — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address.
• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Accounts may not be shared with any other person.

If any information provided at registration is later found to be false, Kings JIT reserves the right to verify, suspend, or close the account at any time, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

03Age Verification (KYC)

Kings JIT is committed to protecting minors. At any time, Kings JIT may request age verification documents from a member, such as:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport or Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving License

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Here are the payment rules that apply on Kings JIT:

• All deposits must be made from the member's own payment account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are credited instantly; withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Kings JIT reserves the right to hold any payment in cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious transactions.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Kings JIT:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
• Kings JIT reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect odds.
• Kings JIT is not responsible for disconnections that occur during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.

In any betting dispute, the decision of Kings JIT shall be final.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kings JIT offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• If a member claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated funds will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Kings JIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kings JIT:

• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Creating an account or claiming bonuses using false information.
• Conducting cyberattacks or any malicious activity against the platform.
• Two members of the same household opening separate accounts from the same device (without prior approval).

If evidence of any of the above is found, Kings JIT will permanently close the account and take legal action if necessary.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Kings JIT may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• The member has submitted a request to close their own account.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity is found.

Members may also request to close or temporarily suspend their account at any time through the support team.

09Privacy & Data

Kings JIT takes the privacy of its members' personal data very seriously. Our data policy is as follows:

• Member data is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by law.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request to update or delete their personal information.

10Responsible Gaming

• Kings JIT's decision is final in all betting-related disputes.
